W. Jermaine Motley
Mr. W. Jermaine Motley is a dedicated educator with a deep commitment to supporting all students, particularly those with special needs. With 15 years of experience teaching Special Education and 6 years as an Instructional Coach, he has a strong track record of advocating for and enhancing the educational experiences of students, requiring additional support.
Since 2018, Mr. Motley has worked as a district Instructional Coach for Richland School District One, where he has provided invaluable support to high schools in meeting diverse instructional needs. In the fall of 2022, he transitioned to Alcorn Middle School as an Assistant Principal, a role he held for two years before moving to WJ Keenan High School as the Assistant Principal of Instruction.
Mr. Motley’s educational background includes a BS in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, a Master of Education in Special Education from Mercy College-Dobbs Ferry, New York, and a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Southern Wesleyan University. His extensive experience and academic qualifications underscore his passion for educational excellence and leadership.
