C.A. Johnson High School students held their first Health Science Skills Clinic on Friday, February 17. The students were challenged to randomly perform 5 of the 22 skills learned in under 30 minutes. They did a wonderful job. All the students have been CPR certified and begin clinical rotation Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Subacute Rehab of Palmetto Health Baptist. There they will serve 40+ hours to be eligible to sit for the certified nursing assistant certification exam. We also have students who will begin internships at community assisted living facilities Atria and Forest Pines.
